Cody Harding brings tremendous business IQ to many facets of Rollup Financial Corp. From sales leadership, dealer and customer engagement, credit, funding and business operations, he understands all parts of the business at a very high level. He’s a true equipment finance “all-rounder.”  
Before joining Rollup Financial, Cody honed his craft working at Econolease over an eight year span where he grew from Account Manager to Senior Vice President. He collaborated with department heads to develop operational frameworks for efficient deal processing, created credit and funding policies to drive internalization, and developed and launched new products in market.

Key milestones on the journey included relocating to Alberta and leading the company's expansion into Western Canada, ultimately being promoted to top sales leader, setting budgets, defining comp packages and deploying national dealer programs. Cody was instrumental in the growth of Econolease's internal portfolio, achieving 50% internalization of the company's originations within two years of launching the in-house funding division. Under Cody’s leadership, company originations peaked at $120MM.

As Chief Operating Officer of Rollup Financial, Cody is responsible for developing products and processes that improve the leasing experience for brokers, dealers and customers while delivering sustainable growth for the company.
